ONYX Mail تطبيق بريد إلكترونيّ للوصول إلى صندوقك على خوادم ONYX. سجّل الدخول ببريدك الكامل (مثل [email protected]) وكلمة سرّك نفسها المستخدَمة على البريد.
أسئلة شائعة
- لا أستطيع تسجيل الدخول: تأكّد من كتابة بريدك كاملاً وكلمة السرّ الصحيحة. إن نسيتها، تواصل مع مسؤول بريدك.
- لا تصل رسائل جديدة: اسحب لأسفل في صندوق الوارد للتحديث، وتأكّد من اتّصالك بالإنترنت.
- تبديل الحساب: افتح القائمة الجانبيّة ثمّ «Account».

ONYX Mail is an email client for accessing your mailbox on ONYX servers. Sign in with your full email address (e.g. [email protected]) and the same password you use for your mail.
Frequently asked
- I can’t sign in: make sure you typed your full email address and the correct password. If you forgot it, contact your mail administrator.
- New messages aren’t arriving: pull down in the inbox to refresh, and check your internet connection.
- Switching accounts:open the side menu, then “Account”.
